Thanks to the work of Dreama Neely-Reip & Bev Golden, I believe this situation has been corrected. There is enough evidence to convince me that Leona was the daughter of Jeremiah & Barbara Foley.4,6

Martha, widow of unknown male Foley was the 2nd oldest female. One of the 20/30 females was Delila Lity Thomas Foley, widow of unknown male Foley. Two of the younger females were Ruth & Lucinda, the orphaned daughters of Delila.5

(DLW note: Delila could have been another daughter, but seems more likely to have been a daught-in-law. As a d-i-l, she would not have been an heir, but her children would have been. John H.
