Item 6th That at the death of the said Woman Beckey the twenty five hundred Dollars at Interest for her use be equally divided between my two half Brothers above named William Wooddy & Pleasant Wooddy. 7th. It is my desire that my half brother, William Woody shall come to Georgia and take charge of his portion of my estate here and live here but should it be otherwise I desire that my Negro Lucy be sold in this state if they chose it and not be removed to the State of Virginia. Item 8th . I do constitute and appoint my half brother William Woody of the state of Virginia and my two friends James Lofton and Robert Hester my Executors to carry into effect this my last will and Testament in whom I have full confidence In Testimony whereof I have unto set my hand and seal this 27 day of January 1835.
